While considering who we would have as our contractor for a Dover Bay waterfront custom build a consistent theme was heard by people we talked to...you can't go wrong with Bogadi Construction. First, we observed entire build process with Robert's project next door and his meticulous attention to quality was readily apparent. Our neighbors shared how responsive Robert was to questions, concerns and suggestions in a timely manner and how they always felt comfortable that he is a man of his word, fair and communicates in a straight forward manner. Second, a former carpentry instructor at the local high school shared his observations of Roberts projects and his attention to detail, craftmanship and integrity...and selecting him to sub-contract in the build of his son's home. We didn't need to look further and as we advanced through the design and build process it reinforced we made the right decision.

While the process for a custom build is lengthy, Robert kept us informed, offered observations and suggestions that will serve us well in the future, followed through with commitments, and never compromised quality in craftsmanship. His primary crew and sub-contractors were all stand-outs in our opinion. Being picky about craftsmanship we thought our punch list might include a number of items, however it has ended up being quite short, a testament to Robert's attention to detail and staying on top of the project management details.

We could go on and on with profuse compliments and praise for the contractor / customer relationship and process. We've told Robert he is welcome to bring prospective clients to our home because we are proud of the outcome of this once in a lifetime build....

When we started planning to build, we interviewed several contractors/construction companies before deciding to hire Bogadi Construction. We immediately felt at ease with Robert. We did our due diligence and talked to several of his previous clients, as well as doing walk throughs in some of their homes. They all had wonderful things to say about him and the quality of his work. Little did we know, hiring Robert from Bogadi Construction would turn out to be one of the best decisions we ever made.

I did not realize how naïve I was going into this process. It was our first experience having a house built and we were living out of state, only traveling once a month to go review the progress on our house. Everyone thought we were crazy for trusting someone to build, without us being there. Robert was on the job site along with his crew and we spoke almost daily. His consistent communication kept me updated and informed. Even though an architect had designed our plans, Robert and I collaborated throughout the build. All of this, took place at the beginning of the Covid outbreak. The increase in the cost of supplies was unnerving as the cost of materials continued to rise. Robert worked hard to mitigate these increases and we still came in very close to budget. Robert demonstrates meticulous attention detail, and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations.

Robert/Bogadi Construction is a high-quality custom home builder, who is highly ethical, honest, and transparent. I cannot imagine going through this process with another contractor, especially being out of state.

We highly recommend Robert, as a matter of fact we referred him to our neighbor and he is building their house now.

I came across Bogadi construction in 2019 after having issues with my planned builder. I contacted Robert the hands on owner, he met me within a few hours while I was in town and took me to his personal home that he had built himself. Immediately, I was impressed with his work, passion and attention to detail while keeping in mind what I was looking for. Our first home he built in Dover Bay was his first in the development, we were so thrilled with his work that we had him build our water front home immediately following the first home and a shop close by on another property.

He always did what he said he would in a timely manner and took care in making sure that the subs he used for electrical and plumbing etc were competent and diid excellent work. Over the 5 or so years we were in Idaho, I had seen several large and small builders work and can tell you from seeing the quality in others work whether the small companies or large I am very thankful I found Bogadi construction and the attention to my satisfaction being a top priority. I would defiantly use them again if we ever choose to build again in the area.
